It's only happened today since I install a few new mods, which I'll list below. I've tried changing it again, restarting the game, and it's still stuck at white. For some reason my Pip-Boy and Terminal text color is stuck at white even though in the settings its set to blue. Been playing for a while now and haven't encounter many game-breaking or particularly annoying glitches until now.
